Yes, I have been experiencing the same problems.  A few days ago, I
called the number listed on their website, 215-625-8900, and spoke to a
customer service representative.  She put me in contact with our sales
representative (I cannot recall her exact title.)  This person was able
to answer most of my questions.  It is worth a try.
