I have not been able to get our Informaworld account set up either and
have had no replies to email or telephone messages. My Account page has
our library linked with another library (no affiliation) and the
subscribed titles are also incorrect.
Our EBSCO customer service rep tried to get this straightened out for us
but was told the library needed to contact them directly.
