Depending on the search, including 222 in the title index does result in some duplicate displays (when the 222 & 245 are near, but not identical). For our size of collection, we think we need the 210/222 qualifiers (just as we need uniform title qualifiers). Typically they are the same, but it happens often enough that they are not, that it can provide useful identification.
