I recommend inputting a serial record for the earlier title into OCLC. The
phrase "with a summary of caribou calving distribution since 1993" could be
seen as a subtitle, and therefore would be omitted from the 245 field of
the earlier title. A 500 note could be added to mention it, if desired.
