Mary Ellen,

We bind any extra issues with the volume that it falls in.  The spine simply
notes the journal title, volume number, year, and pagination.

I have a question regarding the binding of this journal. We received
what the publisher calls a "symposium 2006", "extra issue"   115:9. Has
anyone bound this volume and if so what did you have written on the
