I bind 2004 in 2006, except Lancet, BMJ, JAMA, NEJM which would be 2004
in 2005. Our (new) bindery picks up about every 5 weeks if I have
anything. They pretty much only do school binding during the summer, but
that's ok with me. I quit binding a lot of titles a couple of years
ago.
