Which site to link e-journals?

I have gotten myself a little confused. Maybe it's just me. Or maybe it's not.
We use EBSCO for our subscription services, but we do not pay for
their EBSCOhost EJS Enhanced product (we use Serials Solutions.) Even
so, when we buy a title in online-only or print-plus-online format,
we can usually get to it through EJS. What has me confused is that
many times, EJS will have some of the issues on their site and then
will link to another site, such as Ingenta, Cambridge or Blackwell
Synergy. So... should I set up my links to go directly to those
sites, or just to EJS?
What is the advantage of doing one or the other?
I have activated titles on various sites over the years and set up
links and then the coverage would change or stop working and I would
not know. I still can't find a way to get a list of all the titles we
have a subscription to on some sites (like Ingenta.)
Does anyone have any suggestions, observations or comments?
