we usually use the special issue checkin, ii, and put each individual magazine in; v.6 no.1a (2006:June), v.6 no.1b (2006:June), v.6 no.1c (2006:June).

We use SIRSI/DYNIX.  We receive some journals that come with vol., no. &
sometimes in parts.   Can someone share an example of a pattern that they
used?  How do you check in journals with PARTS???
