Thanks to all who let me know that the link to my survey wasn't working.
It must have been a glitch with SurveyMonkey.com because the link
apparently started working, with no action on my part! Thanks also to
those who let me know the link eventually worked for them. Below is
original post for those who would like to "try again".

Hello fellow Serialsts

I am currently a graduate student in the MLS program at Southern
Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT. I also work as the
Serials Assistant at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Ct.

As part of one of my courses, I am doing a research project which will
look at some questions pertaining to the retention of print back files
of serials for which a library has current access to via an electronic
source.
