Here at Ursinus I also manually separated them. This year though we
switched to the online edition of the titles, so I no longer have to
deal with that problem.

Hi Linda,
Here at F&M, we literally cut the two issues apart, and they are kept
separately on the shelves. If you go to where the 2 issues are back-
to-back, open the issue(s) there (lay flat on a tabletop) and apply a
little pressure. You will then be able to see the glue between the
two issues. I then use a utility knife and slice right through --
the spines get a little mangled, but it works. We bind both titles,
so we only have to look at the spines for a short time.
