The 2006 volume of Die Casting Engineering (0012-523X) seems to be
having some trouble with the numbering.  The first three issues were
correctly labeled Vol. 50 No. 1-3, but the fourth issue was incorrectly
labeled as being Vol. 49 No. 4 and was then followed by Vol. 49-B No.
5.

What do you do in this sort of situation?  We're going to make the
corrections on the covers, but I'm slightly worried that the November
2006 issue will come out numbered as Vol. 48-C No. 6 or something
worse.
