Re: Atlantic Monthly numbering

The "Fiction" issue appears to've been sandwiched in between the
misnumbered July/Aug. issue (cover story is "Inside the Jihad") and the
Sept. issue (Cover story is "We Win").

Their website shows a Fiction issue that we have claimed as v.298 no.1.
Since we have not yet received it, we have not been able to verify the
numbering. Has anyone else received it?

Hi, Folks -
The July/August 2006 issue of Atlantic Monthly had a printing error,
making it v. 297 no. 6, when it should have been v. 298 no. 1.
Accordingly, the next issue, September 2006, is v. 298 no. 2.
(I can't remember if this info has been posted earlier - short-term
memory is going!!)
Thanks to Rachel at the publisher's office for the clarification.
