My college is going fully electronic and I am looking to find out if
most or all of the print journals we get can be gotten online.

Does anyone know where I can find a listing of journals where the
journals are listed as being available in full-text, abstract or
citations. I am familiar with JAKE or "jointly administered knowledge
environment". Are there any others.
