I, too, would very much like to receive any info about WT Cox. We are
currently considering bids for our subscription service. If those of
you who respond could post your replies to the listserv, I would
appreciate it.
Thanks,

Hello,
We are a public library consortium in suburban Detroit. We are in the
process of evaluating bids for our subscription service. Are there any
institutions out there similar to us (subscriptions shipped to 43 public
libraries; spend approximately $250,000 annually; renewals and invoices
handled centrally; claims handled either centrally or by individual
library) who are using WT Cox as their subscription agent? If so I'd
like to hear from you concerning their performance. Please feel free to
contact me off-list if you'd like.
Sincerely,
Jim Flury
