Wow.  That should produce marches on the library.  What do you charge
for print copies from the web, from ejournals, etc.?  I can't imagine
the justification for it, especially since places like Kinkos make a
profit at less than a dime.  If you consider this a moneymaker, I'll
bet it backfires.
