Dear Serials people,

Our library has a subscription to Education USA. Quite a while ago I sent
an email to the publisher (LRP publications) and they decided to start
numbering with volume one when they took over the publishing of the
newsletter.

What I have been doing is checking in the volume they have printed on the
piece and then in parenthesis put the earlier volume numbering.

v.2:no.7 (2006:Feb) also known as  (v.48:no.2 2006:Feb).
