Hi Adri,
I searched WorldCat under the subject heading Madagascar -- Newspapers
and found 31 entries.  Most are only available from the Library of
Congress and probably are on film.  One record looks promising:

OCLC # 32127984   Midi Madagasikara

Northwestern University Libraries  (847-491-7656) has holdings from
2001 - April 2006.  I wonder if they retain the paper issues for a
limited period of time.  If so, they might be willing to send an old
issue as it is discarded.  Hopes this helps.
