ELECTRONIC RESOURCES LIBRARIAN: Effective date of appointment: August 24
(subject to budgetary approval). RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: take

  leadership role in management of electronic resources, especially

  electronic journals; manage operations relevant to licensing and access

  to all electronic resources; provide cataloging access for electronic

  titles; ensure accuracy of information and accessibility of the

  library's electronic resources; and work closely with library personnel

  involved in web development to improve access to electronic resources.

  SCIENCE LIBRARIAN: Effective date of appointment: July 1 (subject to

  budgetary approval). RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: provide user education

  and consultation with a subject focus on biology, chemistry,

  engineering, and physics and astronomy; serve as team leader for

  sciences; work collaboratively with colleagues in related science

  areas, and with collection development coordinator and other

  bibliographers in building services and collections; and serve as

  liaison to the departments listed above.
