Dear SERIALSTers,

Has anyone investigated the new SD College Edition offer for non-PhD
granting institutions?  We made inquiries and were about to set up a
trial, only to be informed at the last minute that the offer is limited
to colleges with Elsevier subscriptions under $50,000.  I hope Elsevier
will reconsider this limitation.
