Dear SERIALISTers,

If you have not received the latest update from JSTOR, Blackwell has
expanded the moving wall from three to *ten* years!  JSTOR will not be
adding more content for the affected journals until 2012.  I hope
Blackwell will re-consider its decision, and I'm concerned that other
JSTOR participants will follow.  Perhaps someone from Blackwell would be
willing to comment on this.
