Hi, Buddy. We subscribe to the Sage Full Text Databases, including Urban
Studies, through Cambridge Scientific Abstracts. The databases include the
abstracts and most current issues to date.  I am not aware of availability
of Public Administration Abstracts in that package, but I could be wrong.
