Hello Ken,

We have claimed issues since Vol. 49, no. 4 last September and have heard
nothing since. I will keep your e-mail handy in case I learn something new
and helpful to all.

Subject: [SERIALST] Oriental Art

I am looking for some clarification on the title, Oriental Art.

Up until about 2 weeks ago, the last issue that we had received was Vol. 49,
Issue 4 (2003). Then we finally received an issue, but it was Vol. 55,
Issue 2 (2005). This didn't make sense to me, as the title publishes on
volume per year, 5 issues per volume. I would have expected the 2005 volume
to be 51.

I contacted Swets, and they just got back to me with a response that the
title was temporarily suspended at the end of 2003 and that the title has
begun again in 2005. Our Swets agent further explained that we have all of
the issues. This sounds just fine, but again, the new volume should be Vol.
51, not 55.

I have sent an e-mail directly to orientalart@orientalartmag.com, asking
that they explain the discrepancy.

Does anyone out there have anything to add?

Thanks!

Ken
