Is anyone else having trouble finding a permanent archival method for L'Express International? We were notified that the title will no longer be available in microfilm, but electronic access is only through aggregators (LexisNexis and Factiva), whose coverage can be hit-and-miss. Individual subscribers can access the archive online, but that's not helpful for a large institution.

Any suggestions?
