Hello.  Has anyone noticed anything weird going on with the journal
_Kanhistique_?  I was about to bundle some issues for the bindery when I
noticed the following:

v. 29 (May 2003 - April 2004) - we have these 12 issues in bound periodicals
v. 29 (May - Dec 2004) - suddenly the number of issues per year changes
to 9 and the volume number repeats
v. 30 (Jan 2005 - Mar 2006) - suddenly the volume does not end with December

How do you deal with issues like repeating volume numbers and titles
that don't seem to have a regular number of issues?  Do you bind them
with the volume # that is printed on it and hope for the best?  I tried
to find a website for this journal to see if they printed a "real"
volume number there, but it doesn't list table of contents.
