I also received a similar message from our subscription agent.  I find
it more worrying that the publisher is interested in total FTE numbers
rather than those applicable to the subject of the journal.  For
example, I would not want to be charged for a highly specialized Physics
journal based on our total FTE when that department's FTE is a very
small portion of the whole.  Particularly since the journal would have
little application in other fields.
