Apologies are not necessary; this thread has been useful and appropriate.
I do want to say that Ingenta has become quite responsive to any questions
or concerns that I have had, and specifically it has been Amel Abourachid
who has been helpful.
So, thanks, Wendy, AND thank Amel!

Apologies are not necessary.
It was useful to many of us. Public discussion on the merits of various
commercial services is absolutely within the scope of this list (isn't
it?); it was certainly helpful and oh-so-interesting to me. It also
seemed to be helpful to at least one in the area of commerce.
If we can help one another choose wisely, with our limited budgets, and
help those who serve us to get more of our business, what's the problem?
In fact, I think we owe you a big "Thank you." :-)

Apologies! One, for mis-pasting a response (that was very wrong of me)
and two for dragging the list into a public discussion on the merits of
various commercial services. I would say more, but I think it is up to
me to end this particular thread. I appreciate everyone taking the time
to respond to my question, it has been *extremely* useful.
