Copeia, for many years, has been published in February, May, August, and
December, but 2006 no.1 is March 1.  Stephanie, at Allen Press, tells me
that there will be one issue every quarter, but the month of printing
within any quarter may vary.  This has to do with scientific research
publication being dated the month of actual publication of the issue.
