Could a CONSER library that owns a recent issue of the title Major
health care policies : fifty state profiles (LCCN sn 99032462, OCLC
#40697307) please look into reopening the record.  The record was closed
with a 362 stating "Ceased with 2002 issue" and a Latest issue consulted
note of "10th ed. (2001)."  I see from OCLC that there are monograph
records for the 11th ed. (2002), and a combined 2003/2004 issue which
seems to be called only the 13th ed. rather than 12th/13th (OCLC
#62395466).  I have in hand the 2005 edition (statement from title page)
which is referred to in the preface as the "fourteenth ed."

The differences that I see from the monograph records from 2001 to the
2005 issue in hand are that fiftieth in the subtitle is now represented
numerically, NetScan has been added as an issuing organization along
with Health Policy Tracking Service, and Thomson West took up
publication with the combined 2003/2004 issue.
