>From my experience Ingenta service has improved significantly over last
year. We have not had problems with promptness of response, and renewal
season this year went remarkably well with few exceptions. Some
publishers have been slow to provide current content and Ingenta has
responded quickly when we've noticed missing issues of current year
content. We like having so many of our titles on the single platform,
less of a learning curve for everyone involved- from users to technical
staff.
