The most difficult part for me is determining what to weed. Do you only
weed titles for which you have duplicate coverage through electronic
versions and are "guaranteed" perpetual access to the years that were
subscribed, even if you stop subscribing?

Is the only way to figure this out (perpetual access policies) by
researching each individual publisher?
