I've just learned publication of this title has ceased also.  Vol 78,
no. 2, Spring 2005 is the last issue published.

And the customer service person I talked to there was very helpful,
informed and says she will send out that issue (which we had not
received) today.

Lest we forget the good ones in the crowd . . .  :-)
