Re: recording logins in MFHD--clarification

Oops, yes, I misunderstood. (Sent an email privately in response earlier.)
I have a very simple system for the admin passwords. A Word document. Listed alphabetically by provider name with the admin URL, the username, and the password. I'm the only one at our library who is an administrator, so they don't need to be shared in general. I also have them listed in a homemade Access database that I use to track all journals, but bringing up the Word document is much faster and easier.

Sorry to be unclear before. I meant recording the administrative login
and password the librarian uses to make any necessary updates, e.g. IP
address range changes. The publishers typically assign logins in a
letter or e-mail, and they need to be recorded somewhere. I wondered if
anyone recorded them in their MFHD records.
