Consolidated services from journal suppliers

Sorry for cross posting
Hi
Is anybody out there using "consolidated services" offered by vendors such
as SWETS?
We are compiling a call for tender and would like to know if anyone has used
this type of service
If so have you had fewer problems with claims?
How is pricing calculated? By title by batch of titles or does the price
decrease according to the number of titles ie cheaper per title the more
titles you subscribe to.
Any other information on pricing would be useful
Thanks in advance
