Hello all,

For those libraries using Obvia as your off-campus authentication, have
you experienced recurring problems with hwwilson's Education Full-text
database not fully loading? Have you found a solution or work-around. We
are vexed by this problem as are our remote users.

Any suggestions or help cheerfully accepted!
