EBSCO's Academic Search database only lists bibliographic records, not
the full text.
Thanks for all of the responses! I have been trying for the past 24
hours to get Dow Jones & Proquest to give me a quote but I'm not getting
a call back. I'll let you know what I find out.

Interesting. We have access to Wall Street Journal online, with IP
recognition, from two sources: 1) Proquest and 2) as a part of a
database subscription to EBSCOhost Academic Elite. I am surprised you
are having a problem. Of course, I did not go direct to the publisher.
