Interesting. We have access to Wall Street Journal online, with IP
recognition, from two sources: 1) Proquest and 2) as a part of a database
subscription to EBSCOhost Academic Elite. I am surprised you are having a
problem. Of course, I did not go direct to the publisher. Good luck.
