I can appreciate that Graphis made an error on their web site, but
we only received one 2005 issue, no.355, cancelled our
subscription, and requested a refund for the remainder of 2005. So
far we haven't gotten that.
And, as for mismanagement, according to our vendor the publisher no
longer accepts claims for missed issues. Goodbye, and good riddance
to this publication.
