Hi.  Following up on my question last week, here is a list of publishers
who have digitized backfiles available or who are in the process of
digitizing backfiles.  It's not an exhaustive list - I'm sure I've
missed a few that we sent to me (I lost a messages one day) - but I hope
that it's of use.  Also, apologies for the acronyms but I'm sure most of
