Hello,

Our database for available donations for hurricane affected libraries is
taking shape. Our IT person is working on a excel spreadsheet, when saved as
a CSV file, can  be uploaded to the master list of donations and displayed
on our website. This spreadsheet could be changed and re-uploaded when
availability changes and new materials become available to donate. We would
provide login information to interested libraries (both donating and
receiving). If you are interested in participating in a beta test of this
database, please let me know and I'll send the login information and
instructions when available. I've attached a first version of the
spreadsheet for your review. We welcome feedback and/or suggestions. We
appreciate your patience as we work on developing this phase of our
hurricane relief program.
