I was wondering if anyone has dealt with Karger Online Publications.
We've added the online title  Psychopathology for 2006.  Their  license
agreement, while allowing the use of  a range of  I.P. addresses  for
authentication,  states that "Authorized Users" must be on campus to use
the title.  Since our proxy server allows off-campus users to  use their
student I.D. number to authenticate themselves, this causes a problem
for us.   I've emailed the publisher with my question but haven't
received a reply.
