In late Oct, we sent out an email survey to innopacusers, obegroup,
serialst, collib and autocat.

Because of the varied and detailed responses we received, we felt that
turning the answers into a statistical summary would not be particularly
meaningful.  Thus, we have obtained permission to share the full text of
the responses.  In some cases, respondents asked that their information be
identified generically, rather than naming their institution.
