To let everyone know, I did email Heckman. I only had the 3 emails for
the customer service department, but I sent it to all 3 of the reps and
I asked them to pass it on to management. I sent them the same email I
sent to you, but started it out with wanting to be fair to them, I
wanted them to know they had several dissatisfied customers. Since they
have been so well respected in the past, I thought they should know. I
am willing to give them a another chance, depending upon how they handle
this. Thank you so much for all you feed back. Even though I didn't
initiate this conversation, I am glad it took place.
