Hi Pamela,
Do you use an e-journal access management vendor like Serials Solutions
or TDNet? If so, you might be happy to hear that OCLC is working on a
pilot project where those vendors would supply monthly holdings reports
to OCLC to add to WorldCat records. Doesn't address the whole ILL issue
but it would save a lot of staff time maintaining the coverage
information in OCLC.
Details at http://www.oclc.org/productworks/eserialspilot.htm.

Subject: [SERIALST] E-Journals
Hello,
I have a question about e-journals. As our periodicals collection moves
away from print and more into electronic I see our loaning rate going
down. Do you add holdings to OCLC for e-journals that you own and that
your license agreement states that you can interlibrary loan from? If
so, how do you keep track of them all and make updates as needed?
Thanks for your input.
