We are considering using thermal binding for incomplete journal volumes. I
have read through the Serials Archives from June when in-house binding was
discussed, and have some questions.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a machine that could bind up to 350
pages? Does thermal binding work well with journals that have heavy weight
covers and "slick" heavyweight pages? How easily does the machine bind
together the issues since their strength may be on the outer cover?
