Sorry to hog up yet another chunk of SERIALST bandwidth, but I know that
some people who wanted to see our ejournal flowchart have had trouble
opening the .wmf version.  A friendly wizard here in my library has
succeeded in transmogrifying it into a .pdf document, which should be
pretty easily viewable and downloadable by all.  Here's a link to that
