Thanks for your patience, everyone.

Those who would like to see the ejournal processing flowchart that we
worked up at the University of Nevada, Reno should go to this URL:

This is a much smaller (180kb) document than the one I tried to email
earlier.  It's a Windows Media File doc, so if you're running Windows it
should open up in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, which will allow you
to zoom in on individual parts of the document.  Good luck printing it
without a large-format printer, though.

One minor problem is that we used individual's names instead of position
titles in the color key.  For your convenience, here's a translation:

Betty = Resource Analysis & Support Librarian (usage stats, budget
analysis, etc.)
Bonnie = Serials Technician in the Medical Library
ERAM = Electronic Resources Access Management group
Rick = Dir. of Resource Acquisition
Steve = Dean of Libraries
Val/Josh = Serials Technicians in the Main Library
