Multinational Monitor has gone to six bi-monthly issues per year,
beginning in 2005.  As a holdover from prior years, they have been
giving each issue combined numbers: 1/2, 3/4, etc.  I called them and
received the following response:

"We are definitely going to keep 2 issue numbers till the end of the
year.  We will probably make the switch to single issue numbers on the
Jan/Feb 2006 issue."
