Dear Serialists,
If you did not already take part in one of my twin surveys (posted a few
weeks ago on Serialst, as well on other library listservs), please lend me a
few moments...
If you are a technical services professional with responsibility for,
knowledge of or strong interest in cataloging, please take the opinion
survey at: http://www.calstatela.edu/library/survey/tech/
<http://www.calstatela.edu/library/survey/tech/> This survey is intended
to assess receptivity to the prospect of latest entry cataloging for serials
in particular.
If you are a public services professional of any kind, please take the
opinion survey at: http://www.calstatela.edu/library/survey/pub/
<http://www.calstatela.edu/library/survey/pub/> This survey deals with
perceptions of current access to periodicals/journals history information
(in a more general way than the first survey).
Please respond to only one of the two, based on your own
specialization/background in libraries. The surveys will close out on Sept.
12.
Please be assured that all responses are confidential. In reporting findings
of my research, opinions will not be attributed to individuals by name.
Thanks much for your time!
