The latest issue of this title, v.14 no.2, is indeed Spring/Summer 2004,
as printed on the Contents page, and not Fall/Winter 2004, as printed on
the spine, cover, and title page.  The reply to my inquiry:

Dear Lynne,

Thank you for your inquiry.  I wish I could say that the switch to
"Fall/Winter" was intentional; however, this was actually an unfortunate
typo that occurred during the production process.  The correct date is
actually on the Table of Contents page.

We deeply regret the error and plan to be more vigilant in the future.
