Please excuse cross-posting.

Dear Colleagues:

AIP is pleased to announce that our 2006 institutional subscription rates are now available. Please visit

http://www.aip.org/journal_catalog/AIP2006NonmemberRateFixed.pdf
or
http://librarians.aip.org

to view prices for the following publications:

AIP Conference Proceedings
Applied Physics Letters
Chaos
Computing in Science & Engineering (co-published with IEEE Computer Society)
Geochemical Transactions
Journal of Applied Physics
The Journal of Chemical Physics
Journal of Physical & Chemical Reference Data (co-published with NIST)
Journal of Mathematical Physics
Low Temperature Physics
Physics of Fluids
Physics of Plasmas
Physics Today
Review of Scientific Instruments

Prices are also now available for the following package subscription options:

AIP Archival
AIP Archival Plus
Physics of Fluids/Physics of Plasmas

Please note that the following package subscriptions are no longer available:

AIP Combination: Beginning in 2006, Current Physics Index (CPI) will no longer be published. Therefore, all AIP Combination subscribers will be automatically converted to AIP Archival, which contains the same journals, less CPI.

AIP All: As AIP will no longer distribute the MAIK Nauka journals that were included in this package, AIP All customers will automatically be converted to AIP Archival, with a separate discounted subscription to Low Temperature Physics. Thus customers will continue to receive all AIP-published content that was part of the AIP-All package.

These prices are subject to change.

AIP prices are listed by tiers. Please be advised that the basic method used to compute each institution's tier has not changed. A small percentage of institutions with significant changes in activity over the past two years have been re-assigned to a new tier; those institutions will be notified shortly. Please feel free to visit the AIP Librarians Web Site at http://librarians.aip.org for additional details on tiered pricing. If you have a question regarding your institution's AIP tier assignment, or about the prices posted, please contact subs@aip.org or call 1-800-344-6902.

We look forward to serving you in the new subscription year.

Best regards,
